My boyfriend and I recently made the decision to pack up our small one-bedroom apartment, pups, and earthly possessions and move to a new city. We'll be making the move in a matter of weeks and during the interim I've made it my mission to find and purchase new bedding. I love our current bedding but it's definitely not appropriate for a hot California summer (down feathers and 100 degree temperatures do not equate to restful nights). My bedding hunt came to fruition when Hautelook launched its American Mills sale over the weekend. The bedding I purchased (pictured to the right) is a little on the girly side (scalloped edges and pale blue and green just don't scream "masculinity") but thankfully my boyfriend approved and our bed will soon be adorned with this adorable - and very summer appropriate - quilt.Where do you go for bedding basics?
